We are a family medicine office, which means one care team for every generation under your roof. Dr. Benjamin Swisher and Patricia Davis, CNP, provide preventive care, sick visits, and ongoing management of chronic conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure.
As a Privia Health practice, our patients also get the modern conveniences: a patient portal, the myPrivia app, and virtual care around the clock when the office is closed.

Reach the front desk any hour
Our automated front desk assistant, Mainline, can take a refill request, start an appointment request, answer questions about hours and directions, and leave a message for our staff, even when the office is closed. During office hours, our staff still answer the phone.
It is an assistant, not a clinician. It will not give medical advice, and if anything sounds like an emergency it will tell you to call 911.
